In 2020,the pandemic(COVID-19)swept the world rapidly,bringing impact on the world political and economic order. Kazakhstan,as the largest country in Central Asia,has not been immune from the impact of the pandemic(COVID-19),and there are varying degrees of development crisis in many areas of social and economic development. In order to deal with the pandemic(COVID-19)situation,the government actively responded and took corresponding measures. However,the pandemic(COVID-19)situation still magnified the development problems in Kazakhstan,such as insufficient governance capacity,unreasonable economic structure,insufficient investment in medical and health fields,and prominent non-traditional security threats. “Belt and Road” is also experiencing many changes in the Kazakhstan under the influence of the pandemic(COVID-19).
