沙特受国内经济发展、社会转型以及国际形势等因素的影响，于2016年提出了“2030愿景”。为使该愿景目标顺利达成，沙特可以主要从三方面寻求解决策略：积极发展数字经济，助力“2030愿景”；积极寻求国际合作，继续推进“向东看”外交策略；积极寻求对接中国“一带一路”倡议，助力“2030愿景”。
Influenced by factors such as domestic economic development，social transformation，and international situation，Saudi Arabia proposed the “2030 Vision” in 2016. In order to make the vision goal smoothly，Saudi Arabia can mainly：actively develop the digital economy and advance the “2030 Vision”；actively seek international cooperation and continue to promote the “looking east” diplomatic strategy；actively seeking to connect China the “Belt and Road Initiative”，advancing the “2030 Vision” and other three aspects to seek solution strategies.
