2023年，匈牙利政府在之前制定的《国家数字化战略2021-2030》基础上进行了修改，推出了对2023年全年国家全面数字化转型有具体指导意义的新版战略与相关措施。本文梳理了过去十年公开的政府、市场和民间的战略文件和建议，在2022年匈牙利数字经济发展报告的基础上，更新了2023年匈牙利政府在国家各产业部门落实的各项数字化措施与方案，从具体项目出发，明确了匈牙利各部门数字化项目的实施内容与长短期目标，充分展示了匈牙利数字经济的现状与发展趋势。分析目前匈牙利数字化经济几大发展支柱的不足之处，并结合有关智库与研究所的调研报告提出建议。
In 2023，the Hungarian government revised the National Digitization Strategy 2021-2030 and introduced a new version of the strategy and related measures that have specific guidance for the country’s comprehensive digital transformation throughout 2023. Based on the original report on the development of the Hungarian Digital Economy in 2022，this paper updates the various digital measures and programs implemented by the Hungarian government in various industrial sectors in 2023. Starting from specific projects，this report clarifies the implementation content and short-and-long-term goals of digitalization projects in various sectors in Hungary，fully demonstrates the current situation and development trend of Hungary’s digital economy. Analysis on the shortcomings of several pillars of the development of the Hungarian digital economy are also mentioned in this report，following with the recommendations based on the research reports of relevant think tanks and institutes.
