数字化转型是现代国家发展的主要趋势之一，改变了经济和社会领域的方方面面。近年来乌兹别克斯坦对数字化领域的高度重视正在取得积极成效。本报告首先介绍了乌兹别克斯坦2020～2023年数字经济发展情况，然后阐述了近两年乌兹别克斯坦在评估信息技术发展的多项国际评级中的表现，随后分析了乌兹别克斯坦政府推动数字经济发展的重点领域，即5G网络和电子商务，最后从引进投资、加强培训和吸引人才、全面数字化三个方面展望了乌兹别克斯坦数字经济的发展前景。
Digital transformation is one of the main trends in the development of modern countries，which has changed all aspects of the economic and social spheres. In recent years，Uzbekistan’s high priority in the field of digitalization is paying off. This article first introduces the development of Uzbekistan’s digital economy from 2020 to 2023，then describes Uzbekistan’s performance in information technology development through a number of international ratings in the past two years，then analyzes the latest key areas of the Uzbekistan government’s digital economy policies：5G network and e-commerce，and finally looks forward to the prospects of Uzbekistan’s digital economy development through three aspects：introducing investment，strengthening training and attracting talents，and comprehensive development.
