The scale of the intelligent manufacturing industry has maintained high growth，and the density of industrial robots has surpassed that of the United States for the first time. In addition，emerging forms of e-commerce such as short video e-commerce and live streaming e-commerce have accelerated their evolution. At the same time，the four core areas of vibrant digital industries have gradually formed，bringing significant spillover effects. In terms of innovation achievements，the leading enterprises in the digital economy showed a good growth trend in R&D investment and PCT patent applications. A number of latecomers entered the top list of the international innovation rankings. In terms of digital governance，the legal and regulatory system in the digital field has been optimized，the digital standard system has been gradually established，and digital governance capacity has been significantly improved. In view of the profound and complex changes in the internal and external environment，China’s high-end semiconductor supply system will face severe challenges，while accelerating the cultivation and development of digital factor markets will become the key to supporting digital economy in the future，and releasing the potential of digital transitions in the economic field is the focus of future work.
