2017年粤港澳大湾区交通网络与城市联系提升的研究

交通网络建设是增强粤港澳大湾区内城市联系的重要基础条件和重要的驱动力。总体上,随着广深港高铁和港珠澳大桥的通车,交通网络建设提升了粤港澳大湾区内部联系的紧密度和均衡度,增强了大湾区东西两岸城市的联系,并促进了港澳地区与大湾区内部城市的联系,形成了相对均衡的多极网络联系格局。当然,粤港澳大湾区内部联系仍存在一些问题,因此,需要统筹规划,突破机制体制障碍,促进港澳与珠三角地区的联系和互动,加强粤港澳大湾区珠江东西两岸的交通直接联系,发挥交通网络中核心节点城市的带动作用,从而将粤港澳大湾区建设成高质量的城市群。

Abstract

Transport network construction is a fundamental condition and a driving force for the integration of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Grater Bay Area. In general,with the opening of Guangzhou-Shenzhen-Hong Kong High speed Railway and Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge,the construction of transport network has enhanced the tightness and balance of inter-city linages in the GBA,strengthened the linkages between cities at the east and west Pearl River,promoted the linkages between Hong Kong,Macao and Guangdong,and formed a relatively balanced multi-polar network connection pattern. There are still some problems in the inter-city linkages in the GBA. Therefore,it is necessary to make overall planning,break through the institutional barriers,promote the linkages and interactions between Hong Kong,Macao and the Pearl River Delta,strengthen the direct linkages between East and west of the Pearl River in Guangdong,Hong Kong and Macao,and give full play to the driving role of the core node cities in the transportation network,so as to build the GBA into a high-quality urban agglomeration.
