在新冠疫情全球大流行和俄乌冲突的背景下，2022年10月27日至29日古巴共产党在哈瓦那主办了第22届“共产党和工人党国际会议”。与会政党围绕着俄乌冲突等问题展开讨论，虽然产生了一些分歧，但它们秉承求同存异原则，一致通过了《最终宣言》，对资本主义世界的形势进行了深刻的分析，确定了各党的共同任务，并制定了开展联合行动的具体计划。这对于各党加强国际团结、采取联合行动、扩大影响具有十分重要的意义。在新冠疫情全球大流行背景下共产党国际联合表现出一些新的特征。
Against the backdrop of the global Covid-19 pandemic and the Russian-Ukrainian conflict，the Communist Party of Cuba hosted the 22nd International Meeting of Communist and Workers’ Parties in Havana from October 27 to 29，2022. The participating political parties had some differences around the Russian-Ukrainian conflict and other issues. But，in the spirit of seeking common ground while reserving differences，they finally unanimously adopted “Final Declaration of the 22nd International Meeting of Communist and Workers’ Parties”，which made a profound analysis of the situation in the capitalist world，defined the common tasks of all parties，and formulated specific plans for joint action. This is of great significance for all parties to strengthen international solidarity，take joint action and expand their influence. Against the backdrop of the global Covid-19 pandemic，the international unity of communist parties has shown some new characteristics.
