The establishment，development and disintegration of the Soviet Union have had extremely significant impacts in the history of the international communist movement. In 2022，with the backdrop of global turmoil，especially the conflict between Russia and Ukraine，major historical issues related to the establishment and dissolution of the Soviet Union had attracted the attention of countries around the world. This article combines global public opinion hotspots to revisit the history of the Soviet Union，then summarizes the historical experience and lessons of Soviet socialism from the perspective of international communist movement，reviews and summarizes the impact and inspiration of the rise and fall of the Soviet Union on the world pattern，especially on the international communist movement.
