After the Russia-Ukraine conflict broke out in 2022，foreign communist parties expressed serious concerns，and expressed their voices by issuing statements，holding discussion meetings，carrying out humanitarian assistance to refugees，and organizing demonstrations and anti-war rallies. In anti-war statements or articles，foreign Communist parties analyzed the causes of the Russia-Ukraine problem from the perspectives of the threat to Russia’s security，the competition for the world market，the recovery of the relative decline of the United States，the shift of the capitalist crisis，the ethnic aggression by the ultra-nationalist forces，and the drive of the media. They criticized the aggression acts made by imperialism to provoke the war，and the reactionary behavior，the hypocritical view of peace，and the nature of serving monopoly capital of the capitalist governments. They stressed that the consequences of the conflict between Russia and Ukraine would be disastrous and the world peace and security would face a severe crisis. As for how to deal with the Russia-Ukraine problem，foreign Communist parties have put forward their own views from different subjects. The top priority for the participants is to form a political solution through dialogue and negotiation. In the long run，European countries should build a new collective security system to ensure European security. It is particularly important that the members of all Communist parties should undertake their historical mission of maintaining peace. The theoretical analysis of the foreign Communist parties on the Russia-Ukraine problem and their actions of solidarity，criticism and struggle are of positive significance，highlighting the justice，advanced nature and solidarity spirit of the proletarian political party.
