Metauniverse space is a virtual three-dimensional world，and with the development of digital rendering，communication network，XR equipment，etc.，it has been widely adopted in social conferences，media marketing，industrial sandbox and other fields. Through the combination of the two，the exchange and circulation of digital assets are possible to come into reality. In the meantime，digital assets are a critical section of the development of the metaverse and have broad application prospects and market potential. This paper will focus on the blockchain technology and metaverse respectively，and discuss the current situation of market，technology and application from the aspect of digital assets business.
