元宇宙是技术密集型产业，技术人才对产业发展起着至关重要的作用。本报告分析了元宇宙产业所需关键技术人才的专业、学历、知识、技能、素质等信息图谱。从企业角度出发了解产业对技术人才的需求特征，在此基础上提出了聚焦紧缺岗位和关键技术布局人才工作、加大高端人才引进力度、加强国际化人才培养、推进学科交叉融合发展，以及打破校企联合培养边界等相关建议，为人才培养提供参考，助力我国元宇宙产业快速发展。
The metaverse as a technology-intensive industry，technical talents play an important role in the development of the metaverse. This paper analyzes the information graph ofkey technical talents required by the metaverse industry，such as their profession，education background，knowledge，skills and quality，from the perspective of enterprises to understand the characteristics of industrial demand for technical talents. Based on above information，this paper provides the direction of talents training and gives the following suggestions：focus on the shortage of job positions and critical technology of metaverse industry，increase talents attraction，promote interdisciplinary integration and development，break the “boundary” of university-enterprise joint training for talents education.
