But the healthy and sustainable development of Web 3.0 can’t do without the compliance supervision. For Web 3.0，the government should adopt an inclusive and prudent regulatory attitude，adhere to the principle of encouraging innovation，formulate regulatory rules and standards in different fields，and leave enough space for the development of Web 3.0 on the premise of strictly observing the bottom line of safety and compliance.
