浙江制造业数字化实践

在面对第四次工业革命的机遇与挑战和中国制造业蓬勃发展的大背景下,浙江省基于自身的发展优势在“八八战略”的指引下从“浙江制造”迈向“浙江智造”,大力进行制造业数字化转型,取得了不错的成果。总的来说,全省以数字经济推进产业赋能,以发展智能制造为关键点,以数字化赋能为决胜点,凸显再造优势重塑制造产业格局,以数字化引领产业创新新范式。本报告梳理了浙江省制造业数字化典型案例,结合浙江省目前数字化实践的成果进行分析,得出的主要结论有:浙江省大力发展数字化制造,新智造群体不断壮大,数字经济核心产业增势强劲,产业数字化赋能增效。数字化转型为浙江省制造业的发展注入了磅礴的生命力,在转型发展过程中还需要正视和重视可能出现的问题,积极加以解决,加速数字化转型。

Abstract

In the face of the opportunities and challenges of the fourth industrial revolution and the vigorous development of China’s manufacturing industry,Zhejiang Province,based on its own development advantages,has moved from “Made in Zhejiang” to “Made in Zhejiang” under the guidance of the “Eighth Five-Year Plan”,vigorously developing the digital transformation of manufacturing industry,and has achieved good results. In general,the province promotes industrial empowerment with digital economy,takes the development of intelligent manufacturing as the key point,takes digital empowerment as the decisive point,highlights the advantages of reconstruction,reshapes the manufacturing industry pattern,and leads the new paradigm of industrial innovation with digital technology. This study combs the typical cases of manufacturing digitalization in Zhejiang Province,and analyzes the results of the current digitalization practice in Zhejiang Province. The main conclusions are as follows:Zhejiang Province vigorously develops digital manufacturing,the new intelligent manufacturing group continues to grow,the core industry of digital economy has a strong growth momentum,and the industrial digitalization has increased efficiency. The digital transformation has injected tremendous vitality into the future of Zhejiang’s manufacturing industry. In the process of transformation and development,it is also necessary to face up to and pay attention to the common problems that may occur,actively solve them,and accelerate the digital transformation.
