当前陕西省重点打造高端装备、电子信息、汽车、现代化工、医药、新材料六大产业集群,加快推进制造业转型升级。本报告在分析陕西省制造业发展现状的基础上,从制造业数字化创新的概念出发,结合数字化创新的分层模块化理论,基于产品创新视角提出了制造企业数字化创新发展程度的五个级别,并通过收集陕西省相关企业的数据对陕西省制造业的数字化创新水平进行评价。主要结论有:陕西省制造业数字化创新目前处于初级阶段;区域数字化创新发展不平衡;行业数字化创新发展有差异。在未来的研究中,可以进一步从产品数字化创新、生产运作数字化创新及管理数字化创新多个方面出发,建立数字化创新的评价体系,以更全面地反映企业的数字化创新程度。
At present,Shaanxi Province focuses on building six industrial clusters of high-end equipment,electronic information,automobile,modern chemical industry,medicine and new materials to accelerate the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry. Based on the analysis of the development status of manufacturing industry in Shaanxi Province,starting from the concept of digital innovation in manufacturing industry,combined with the hierarchical modular theory of digital innovation,this paper proposes five levels of digital innovation development of manufacturing enterprises from the perspective of product innovation,and evaluates the digital innovation level of manufacturing industry in Shaanxi Province by collecting data from relevant enterprises in Western Shaanxi Province. The main conclusions are as follows:Shaanxi’s manufacturing industry has maintained a steady and rapid growth in recent years,especially the high-tech manufacturing industry and equipment manufacturing industry;The overall score of digital innovation in Shaanxi’s manufacturing industry is 2.2 points,which is in the initial stage as a whole. It has the characteristics of unbalanced regional development and large differences in industrial development. In the future research,we can further establish the evaluation system of digital innovation from the aspects of product digital innovation,production and operation digital innovation and management digital innovation to more comprehensively reflect the degree of digital innovation of enterprises.
