工业互联网平台是传统制造业进行数字化转型升级的重要抓手,已成为新一轮产业竞争焦点。然而工业互联网平台应用的高门槛和应用场景的复杂性使其与消费互联网平台的价值共创存在较大差异。本报告考虑工业互联网平台应用行业的特殊性,通过对工业互联网平台企业以及平台用户实地调查,结合文献研究方法,对工业互联网平台价值共创的参与主体、价值共创实现的主要资源展开理论分析,构建了基于制度信任、能力信任和收益的工业互联网平台价值共创路径,提炼了驱动因素、价值主张、价值创造、价值获取及保障机制5个核心要素,以期为工业互联网平台的发展提供理论参考。
Industrial Internet platform is an important starting point for the traditional manufacturing industry to achieve digital transformation and upgrading,and has become the focus of a new round of industrial competition. However,the high threshold of industrial Internet platform application and the complexity of application scenarios make it different from consumer Internet platform in value co-creation. Considering the particularity of the industrial Internet platform application industry,through the field survey of the industrial Internet platform enterprises and platform users,combined with the literature research method,the theoretical analysis is carried out on the participants,resources and process of value co-creation of the industrial Internet platform,this paper constructs the value co-creation path of the industrial Internet platform based on institutional trust,ability trust and income. It refines five core elements:driving factors,value proposition,value creation,value acquisition and guarantee mechanism,in order to provide theoretical reference for the development of industrial Internet platform.
