数字化创新是汽车产业发展的大势所趋,也为汽车产业发展提供了赶超先进国家的机会窗口。本报告对数字化创新带给汽车产业发展的技术、市场和制度三类机会窗口进行了详细分析,并从产品、研发、生产、供应链、营销、管控方面回顾了汽车产业集群数字化创新发展的现状。产品数字化方面,汽车产品形态逐渐从传统的工业产物向智能化发展;研发数字化方面,数字技术的使用提高了研发效率与质量;生产数字化方面,能更好地把控生产过程与产品质量;供应链数字化方面,数据共享打破了信息孤岛,提高了供应链主体的协调与应急能力;营销与服务数字化方面,能更好地了解客户需求,以提供个性化服务;管控数字化方面,车企协同平台和线上办公软件使得企业能提升业务管理与客户关系管理水平。此外,本报告从产品、企业和产业三个层面分析了汽车产业集群数字化创新的未来趋势。产品层面,仍向着汽车智能化、无人化的公认目标前进;企业层面,加强内部数字化创新认知,促进外部协同创新,加强内外部数据共享互通,打造平台化企业架构;产业层面,需要构建良好的产业发展生态,加强人才培养与提高服务能力。在此基础上,本报告以期为汽车产业高质量发展提供方向性指导。
Digital innovation is a major trend in the development of the automotive industry,and it also provides windows of opportunity for the development of the automotive industry to catch up with advanced countries. This paper presents a detailed analysis of the three types of windows of opportunity such as technological,demand and institutional one,which brought by digital innovation to the development of automotive industry,and reviews the current situation of digital innovation in automotive industry in terms of products,R&D and production. And then,the future trend of digital innovation in automotive industry is proposed at three levels:product,enterprise and industry,with a view to providing directional guidance for the high-quality development of automotive industry.
