新冠疫情期间，全球高等教育在应对大规模在线教学的过程中，呈现了诸多新的发展特点和趋势。党的二十大以来，教育数字化成为国家战略，我国高等教育该如何在数字化中实现高质量发展，意义重大。本文认为高等教育的数字化转型是一条迫在眉睫的必由之路，应从加强数据中心建设与应用、多元化挖掘数据赋能潜力、灵活并创新运用数字技术和重视国际合作交流与学习等方面落实。本文进一步提出，应从升级教育基础设施、把握IPv6等创新发展机会、敏锐捕捉应用教育新技术、保障网络安全等方面着力，加强高等教育数字化建设，助力我国高等教育高质量发展。
Since the outbreak of the new crown epidemic in 2020，global higher education has shown many new development characteristics and trends in response to large-scale online teaching. Since the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China，the digitalization of education has become a national strategy and how to achieve high-quality development in digitalization for higher education in China is of great significance. This article will analyze the development of online teaching in higher education during the pandemic，combine the current government’s requirements for the development of education digitalization and the development consensus in the field of higher education，and further elaborate the thoughts on the construction of higher education digitization from upgrading education infrastructure，grasping IPv6 and other innovative development opportunities，acutely capturing the application of new education technologies，and ensuring network security to contribute to the high-quality development of higher education in China.
