在“双碳”目标约束下，煤炭能源仍在发挥基础保障作用，离不开新一代智能化信息技术、智能化数字化煤炭装备与软件共同支撑。本文以智能化技术为支撑，研究了煤炭安全高效绿色开发与清洁低碳利用，助力煤矿数字化和智能化发展；建立了低成本煤炭柔性开发供给体系和快速生产满足市场需求的煤炭能力；构建了“5G+ABCD”煤炭能源治理体系，支撑国家能源生产和交易共享智能化平台。
Under the constraints of the dual carbon targets，coal energy is still playing a fundamental role in ensuring security，which cannot be separated from the joint support of the new generation of intelligent information technology，intelligent digital coal equipment and software. Supported by intelligent technology，we have studied the safe，efficient，green development and clean，low-carbon utilization of coal，helping to digitize and intelligentize the development of coal mines；Established a low-cost coal flexible development and supply system，with the ability to quickly produce coal that meets market demand；We have established the “ABCD” coal energy governance system to support the national intelligent platform for energy production and trading sharing.
