The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China drew up a grand blueprint for comprehensively promoting the great rejuvenation of China with Chinese modernization. It emphasized that we must continue to focus on the real economy to pursue economic growth，advance new industrialization，move faster to boost China’s strength in manufacturing and cyberspace development，accelerate the development of the digital economy，and further integrate it with the real economy. As an important cornerstone of the fourth industrial revolution，the Industrial Internet is a new infrastructure that deeply integrates a new generation of information and communication technology with the industrial economy，a key path for the deep integration of digital economy and real economy，and an important step for advancing new industrialization. Over the past five years，China’s industrial Internet exploration has started，and scored a series of phased and landmark achievements with the joint efforts of government，universities，enterprises，and research institutes. At present，with the profound changes of internal and external environment and the accelerated adjustment of international competitive landscape and balance of power，the internal demand for the transformation and upgrading of traditional industries and the enhancement of their status and competitiveness in the global division of labor has been continuously strengthened. The development of the Industrial Internet is facing new opportunities and challenges. On the new journey，we need to pay more attention to the precise support of funds，continue to strengthen the science and technology innovation system，continuously improve the basic capabilities of the industry，promote the upgrading of the Industrial Internet，and accelerate the high-end，intelligent and green development of the manufacturing industry.
