我国算力基础设施的发展现状与趋势

党的二十大报告指出要加快数字中国建设,“东数西算”工程引起了全国上下的强烈关注,助力我国全面推进算力基础设施化。本文深入分析算力基础设施的基本特征,对比我国当前三类算力基础设施——公共超算中心、云计算中心以及新型算力网的发展现状以及存在的问题,提出我国算力网的发展方向、两大抓手以及应当重视的六个问题。

Abstract

The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that it is necessary to speed up the construction of digital China,and the West-to-East Computility Scheduling project has aroused strong attention from all over the country,helping our country to accelerate the construction of computility infrastructure. As early as 1961,Professor John McCarthy in the United States proposed the idea that computing should be sold like a utility,like electricity or water. But until now,it has not really been realized on a global scale. This chapter will first analyze the three basic features of infrastructure,compare the current three types of computility infrastructure in our country:public supercomputing centers,cloud computing centers,and the new computility grids with the status quo and existing problems. We further propose the development direction,two major starting points and six issues that should be paid attention to when building the computility grids of our country.
