我国先进计算发展现状与战略思考

本文首先综述了2021年以来我国计算机产业与科研的总体进展,重点涉及CPU与操作系统、超级计算和智能计算、云计算与物端计算、非传统计算等技术;其次论述了先进计算的主要发展趋势,包括系统结构的贡献将超过器件、从“以计算为中心”转向“以数据为中心”、人工智能将重塑计算机行业等;最后阐述了发展我国先进计算的几点战略思考,提出要发展适合国情的先进计算技术、坚持“算效”导向、大力发展工具软件和工业软件、安全与发展必须两手硬等战略思路。

Abstract

The paper first provides an overview of the overall progress in China’s computer industry and scientific research since 2021. It focuses on technologies such as CPU and operating systems,supercomputing and intelligent computing,cloud computing and edge computing,and unconventional computing. Then,it discusses the main trends in advanced computing,including the contribution of system architecture surpassing devices,the shift from “computation-centric” to “data-centric” approaches,and how artificial intelligence will reshape the computer industry. Finally,it elaborates on several strategic considerations for developing advanced computing in China. It proposes the development of advanced computing technologies that are suitable for the national conditions,emphasizes the focus on “computing efficiency,” advocates for the vigorous development of tool software and industrial software,and highlights the importance of balancing security and development.
