在新一轮科技革命的驱动下,信息化技术日新月异、加速突破。为了抓住发展机遇,必须准确把握信息化领域前沿技术的发展态势。本文基于对信息化技术的跟踪采集、专家研判和系统分析,全面展示了信息化技术的总体分布态势及各领域技术的分布态势。分析表明,当前国内外关注的信息化前沿技术大部分介于基础技术和场景技术之间,半数以上的技术已经进入实际应用阶段,我国研发水平与国际先进水平相比还存在一定差距,多数技术尚未达到并跑水平,但我国在一些特定领域开始呈现领跑趋势。此外,本文基于对技术前沿性、应用性和重要性的专家打分,识别出各领域需要重点关注的前沿热点技术,如微电子/光电子领域的光刻技术、通信领域的下一代无线网络技术、AI/大数据领域的生成式AI技术、信息安全领域的量子密码技术、软件领域的集成电路设计技术、计算机/计算领域的量子计算系统、交叉领域的非接触式手势识别技术等,为我国信息化技术与数字产业发展奠定基础。
Driven by a new round of scientific and technological revolution,information technology is entering an era of rapid and accelerated breakthroughs. In order to seize the historical opportunity brought by the development of information technology,we must grasp the development trend of cutting-edge technology in the field of information technology. Based on tracking and collecting the information technologies,expert judgment and system analysis,this chapter demonstrates the overall distribution of information technology and the distribution of technology in various fields. The results show that most of the cutting-edge information technology concerned at home and abroad is between basic technology and scene technology,more than half of the technology has entered the practical application stage,there are still gaps between China’s R&D level and the international advanced level,most of the technology has not reached a comparable level,but in some specific fields began to show a leading trend. In addition,based on the expert rating of the technology on its cutting-edge,application and importance,this paper identifies the cutting-edge technologies in various fields that need to be focused on,such as the Photo-lithography technology,Next generation wireless network technology,Generative AI technology,Quantum encryption technology,Integrated circuit design technology,Quantum computing system,Non-contact gesture recognition technology and so on. Those work lay the foundation for the development of information technology and digital industry in China.
