近年来，数字经济的发展为广东制造业价值链地位提升提供了新渠道与新动力，各部门也正在通过投入数字生产要素推动数字经济发展。在这一背景下，本报告介绍广东数字经济发展情况，度量广东数字化投入，并总结广东制造业价值链升级态势。从而，定量分析广东数字化投入对制造业价值链的影响及其路径。研究发现，广东制造业数字化转型存在中小企业转型负担重、转型增值效益有差异、数字型人才供不应求以及转型“后援”力量弱等困境。因此，应当完善数字经济法律体系，加强数字基础设施建设；重视数字型人才培养，提供发展后备军；支持数字贷发展，扶持中小型企业数字化。
In recent years，the development of digital economy has provided new channels and new impetus for the promotion of value chain status of Guangdong’s manufacturing industry，and various departments are also promoting the development of digital economy by investing in digital production factors. In this context，this report introduces the development situation of Guangdong’s digital economy，measures Guangdong’s digital input，and summarizes the upgrading trend of Guangdong’s value chain of manufacturing industry. Thus，it quantitatively analyzes the influence of Guangdong’s digital input on the value chain of manufacturing industry and its path. It is found that the digital transformation of Guangdong’s manufacturing industry has some difficulties，such as the heavy burden of small and medium-sized enterprises，the difference in value-added benefits，the shortage of digital talents and the weak “backup” force of transformation. Therefore，we should improve the legal system of digital economy and strengthen the construction of digital infrastructure；attach importance to the training of digital talents and provide the reserve force；support the development of digital loans and the digitalization of small and medium-sized enterprises.
