近年来，数字贸易迎来了发展契机，已经成为新的、非常有活力的贸易形式。数字科技创新资源集聚、产业数字化基础雄厚、软件业实力强大、网络设施基础领先等，为广州发展数字贸易奠定了坚实的基础。本报告从数字服务贸易和数字货物贸易两个层面，分析了广州数字贸易的发展现状及其存在的问题，如监管挑战、观念与人才挑战、贸易壁垒阻碍数据市场化、法律法规挑战和科技支持挑战。从而为广州如何发展数字贸易提出了几点对策：完善监管模式、推动数据市场化进程、扩大数字基础设施投资、加强财政金融扶助等。
In recent years，digital trade has taken the opportunity of development and become a new and very dynamic trade form. The clustering of digital technology innovation resources，great foundation of industrial digitalization，strong software industry and leading network facilities have laid a solid foundation for the development of digital trade in Guangzhou. This report analyzes the development status of digital trade in Guangzhou from two aspects，that is digital service trade and digital goods trade，and its existing problems，such as regulatory challenges，ideas and talents challenges，trade barriers hindering data marketization，laws and regulations challenges and scientific and technological support challenges. Therefore，it puts forward several countermeasures for how to develop digital trade in Guangzhou：perfecting supervision mode，promoting the process of data marketization，expanding investment in digital infrastructure，and strengthening financial assistance，and so on.
