中国加入世贸组织以来，广东高新技术产品的外贸发展呈现波动上升趋势。利用大量数据，本报告详细分析了广东高新技术产品的外贸规模、外贸结构、外资参与情况，揭示了广东高新技术产品的规模优势、国内相对竞争优势的变化以及进出口的结构特点与结构变化，明晰了广东高新技术产品进出口的外资依赖程度，并分析了广东高新技术产品的贸易竞争力、高新技术产品出口的产业基础及高技术产业的创新潜力。总结概括了广东高新技术产品对外贸易中存在的问题，包括规模优势呈减弱趋势、进出口的产品高度集中、外资依赖度过高等，并提出了相关对策，如继续扩大外资利用规模、培育本土高技术产业集群和继续促进加工贸易转型升级等，以供相关研究与决策部门参考。
This report reviewed the foreign trade development situation of high-tech products in Guangdong since China’s entry into WTO. By using a large number of data，it analyzed in detail the foreign trade scale，foreign trade structure，foreign capital participation of high-tech products in Guangdong. And reveal the changes of the scale advantage and domestic relative competitive advantage of Guangdong’s high-tech products，and the structural characteristics and structural changes of import and export of Guangdong high-tech products，then made clear the degree of foreign capital dependence of Guangdong’s high-tech products import and export. Then，it analyzed the trade competitiveness of high-tech products，the industrial development basis of high-tech products export，and the innovation potential of high-tech industry in Guangdong. Finally，it summarized the problems existing in the foreign trade of Guangdong’s high-tech products，and put forward relevant countermeasures as the reference for relevant research and decision-making departments.
