随着ChatGPT横空出世，人工智能正处于新一轮的发展“热潮”中，大数据时代的突出特征在生成式人工智能领域充分显现。人们期待人工智能除了完成机械重复性工作外，能胜任更具创造性的工作。日本、韩国、新加坡一直是亚洲科技信息创新的前沿阵地，为追赶尖端技术发展，三国结合自身国情实际在技术研发、产业促进方面投入巨大，并对本国做出一系列围绕发展热点的战略规划。本文梳理总结了各国的人工智能技术发展现状，以期对未来中国人工智能产业的发展有所启示。
With the emergence of ChatGPT，artificial intelligence is in a new round of development “boom”，and the outstanding characteristics of the big data era are fully manifested in the field of generative artificial intelligence. AI is expected to do more creative work for us than mechanical repetitive work. Japan，South Korea and Singapore have always been the forefront of scientific and technological information innovation in Asia，in order to catch up with the development of cutting-edge technology，the three countries have invested heavily in technology research and development and industrial promotion in light of their own national conditions，and have made a series of strategic plans around development hotspots for their own countries. This article summarizes the development status of artificial intelligence technology in various countries，and gives inspiration for the future development of the Chinese industry in the industry.
