伴随着数字经济与实体经济加速融合，颠覆性创新为钢铁企业带来了无限的发展机会，数字化转型成为钢铁企业提升竞争力和适应市场变化的关键。对此，本报告从宏观、中观和微观视角分析了钢铁企业数字化转型的动因，这些因素要求钢铁企业调整自身战略，提升在技术、连接、生态上的竞争优势，充分发挥其引领创新、推动变革的潜力。钢铁企业数字化转型投资力度加大并取得了显著成效，智能工厂成为数字化转型的重点路径，更多前沿数字技术被应用到企业的核心业务场景。然而，作为一项综合性升级工程，钢铁企业在借助数字技术对产品、服务与商业模式进行重构的过程中仍面临诸多问题与障碍，导致转型进程受阻。本报告通过分析钢铁企业在战略、管理、业务、应用四个方面的数字化转型实现方式，明确驱动战略转型、管理高效、业务优化与应用协同等的转变，需要钢铁企业实现“转换、融合、重构”三大目标。基于数字化转型的实现方式和目标，本报告提出了推进钢铁企业数字化转型的思路和建议，钢铁企业要审视战略布局与价值创造机理的合理性，根据内外部变化做出相应调整。新形势下，由企业使命驱动，强调数字化变革和韧性重塑的钢铁企业，将成为真正面向未来和可持续发展的领导者。
Along with the accelerated integration of the digital economy and the real economy，disruptive innovation has brought unlimited development opportunities for steel companies，and digital transformation has become the key for steel companies to enhance their competitiveness and adapt to market changes. In response，this report analyzes the drivers of digital transformation for steel companies from macro，meso and micro perspectives. These changes require steel companies to adjust their strategies，enhance their competitive advantages in technology，connectivity and ecology，and give full play to their potential to lead innovation and drive change. In the status study，it is found that steel companies are investing more in digital transformation and achieving significant results，with smart factories becoming the key path for digital transformation and more cutting-edge digital technologies being applied to the core business scenarios of the companies. However，as a comprehensive upgrading project，steel companies still face many problems and obstacles in the process of reconfiguring their products，services and business models with the help of digital technology，which leads to a hindrance in the transformation process. In this paper，we analyze four aspects of digital transformation in steel companies：strategy，management，business and application，and identify three major goals that need to be achieved by steel companies to drive strategic transformation，efficient management，business optimization and application collaboration. Based on the realization of digital transformation and its objectives，the study proposes ideas and recommendations to promote the digital transformation of steel enterprises. Under the new situation，steel enterprises should review the rationality of their strategic layout and value creation mechanism，and make corresponding adjustments according to internal and external changes，driven by the corporate mission，steel enterprises that emphasize digital transformation and resilience reinvention will become true leaders for future-oriented and sustainable development.
