Against the background of the French government promoting the regroupement of public universities through the “Initiatives d’Excellence” and strengthening the universities’ cooperation with research institutions，Université Paris Sciences et Lettres，as a regrouped university，has shown strong competitiveness in the global university rankings. Composed of constituent institutions，associate member institutions and cooperative national research institutions，plus 10 partners，it forms a concentric pattern，characterized by multi-actor integration.
