Tourism is the pillar of Fiji’s economy. In recent years，the tourism exchanges and cooperation between Fiji and China have been strengthened continuously. However，the outbreak of COVID-19 has severely affected the tourism of Fiji，which is causing a series of social problems. In response to the impact of the COVID-19 epidemic，the Fijian government has provided national support，promoted the cooperation of the public and private sectors，and taken a variety of measures to boost the tourism recovery. With a controlled risk from coronavirus in Fiji，the recovery of tourism is proceeding in a vigilant and orderly way. The tourism resources of Fiji are still attractive，and so the future of tourism cooperation between China and Fiji is promising.
