2021年以来的越南政治发展中，特别引人注目的是越共十三大顺利召开并确立了越南中长期发展战略目标、阮富仲连任越共中央总书记和越共新一届中央委员会产生。此外，越南国家领导人和新一届国会代表选举以及地方人民议会代表换届工作也顺利进行。越共十三大之后，越共在全国推动落实越共十三大决议精神，采取各种措施引领越南经济恢复和社会发展，继续加强党的建设和整顿，加强党员干部队伍建设，加强主流意识形态工作，捍卫党的思想基础，坚持反腐败不动摇，执政地位得到进一步巩固。在越共总书记阮富仲和越共十三届中央委员会的带领下，尽管受疫情等不利因素的严重影响，2021年经济发展增速明显下降，但越南全年基本维持了政治和社会稳定。新的一年，越南政治和社会发展将会面临许多新的严峻挑战和考验，但大局保持稳定的发展势头不会发生明显改变。
In the political development of Vietnam since 2021，what is particularly remarkable is that the 13th National Congress of CPV was successfully held and established the strategic goals of medium and long term development of Vietnam，Nguyen Phu Trong was re-elected as the General Secretary of the CPV Central Committee and the leadership of the new tenure of CPV Central Committee was successfully implemented. In addition，the election of government leaders of the country and deputies to the National Assembly and all-level People’s Councils for 2021-2026 tenure also proceeded smoothly. The CPV then pushed to carry out the spirit of resolutions set by the 13th National Congress of CPV，took measures to lead the economic recovery and social development of the country，continued to strengthen party building，party consolidation，cadre management and mainstream ideology，safeguarded the CPV’s ideological basis，insisted on the anti-corruption campaign，and resulted in a further consolidated ruling position of the CPV. Under the leadership of General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong and the 13th CPV Central Committee，Vietnam has basically maintained political and social stability in 2021，despite a significant decline in economic growth due to severe impact of COVID-19 and other adverse factors. In 2022，the political and social development of Vietnam will face severe challenges in many ways，but the overall situation remaining a stable momentum of development will not change significantly.
