本文从铃木正三在《四民日用》中阐述的职业伦理思想出发，考察其与现代日本职人精神内涵要素的对应关系。研究发现，现代日本职人精神中所包含的诸要素均可以在铃木正三的《四民日用》中找到出处，其对于日本职人精神的发展和完善起到了一定的促进作用。
This study starts from the professional ethics thought of Suzuki Masao in four people daily use，and investigates the corresponding relationship between his thought and the connotation elements of modern Japanese professional spirit. It is found that all the elements contained in modern Japanese professional spirit can be found in Suzuki Masao’s four people daily use，which plays a certain role in promoting the development and perfection of Japanese professional spirit.
