随着九年义务教育的不断普及,城乡教育已实现基本均衡,但是更高水平的优质均衡仍存在诸多问题,主要包括教育信息化基础设施不均衡、优秀师资配置不均衡、优质课程资源分布不均衡、数据思维认识不均衡和学生培养质量不均衡。基于大数据在促进优质教育资源共享、数据分析与挖掘等方面的优势,本文提出了构建城乡教育大数据平台、提高乡村教师教学能力、加强优质课程建设与共享、提高师生信息化素养、挖掘学生学习数据价值等大数据赋能城乡教育优质均衡发展的若干路径;介绍了平顶山叶县在利用大数据赋能城乡教育优质均衡发展方面的典型案例及其应用成果。
With the continuous popularization of nine-year compulsory education,there has been a basic balance achieved between urban and rural education. However,several issues still hinder the attainment of a higher level of high-quality balance. These issues primarily include imbalances in educational information infrastructure,the uneven distribution of excellent teachers,disparities in the availability of high-quality curriculum resources,differing levels of understanding in data thinking,and variations in the quality of student training. Drawing upon the advantages of big data in promoting the sharing of high-quality educational resources and data analysis,this article presents several avenues for big data to enable the high-quality and balanced development of urban and rural education. These paths include establishing a big data platform for urban and rural education,enhancing the teaching capabilities of rural educators,strengthening the development and sharing of high-quality courses,improving information literacy,and fully harnessing the value of student learning data. Finally,the article introduces a typical case and showcases the application results from Ye County,Pingdingshan City,which demonstrates how big data contributes to enabling high-quality and balanced development in urban and rural education.
