针对玻璃制造行业痛点，研究了工业互联网和工业大数据技术提供的解决方案，介绍了工业互联网平台架构、各层级分工和关键技术。通过工业大数据在玻璃生产过程中监测、故障诊断及预测和能源消耗管理等方面的应用，表明工业互联网和工业大数据可以为制造生产企业实现生产过程的智能化、优化生产效率和提高产品质量、降低成本和风险，达到实现智能制造的目的。
In response to the challenges faced by the glass manufacturing industry，we conducted a study on solutions provided by industrial internet and industrial big data technology. We introduced the architecture of the industrial internet platform，division of labor at all levels，and key technologies. By applying industrial big data in monitoring，fault diagnosis and prediction，and energy consumption management in glass production processes，we have demonstrated that industrial internet and industrial big data can assist manufacturing enterprises in achieving intelligent production processes. This，in turn，helps optimize production efficiency，improve product quality，reduce costs and risks，and ultimately realize the goal of intelligent manufacturing.
