In 2022，numerous literary awards in the Philippines resumed selection，and such a grand award ceremony has been relatively rare in recent years. This report summarizes the 2022 Filipino literature themed activities mainly focused on literary awards，with “history” and “ethnicity” being the keywords for this year’s Filipino literature themed activities；Analyzed the multilingual characteristics of the Philippine Literature Awards，reflecting the diversity of Philippine language and culture. The Philippine Literature Award places great emphasis on the category of “poetry”，which reflects the absorption of foreign culture and the choice of the Filipino nation in Filipino poetry. The report also reflects the achievements and challenges of the new generation of Filipino literature writers and platforms.
