After the National Cultural Conference of Vietnam was held in 2021，the development of Vietnamese literature and art ushered in new opportunities. In 2022，Vietnam expands the creating scale，strengthens the publicity of its local works，and strives to increase the popularity of Vietnamese literature in the world. At present，there is still gap between the number of works translated to Vietnam and Vietnamese works translated to other countries. In terms of literary communication，facing the influence of socialization and information technology application on the development of literature，Vietnam guides literature to develop，enabling literature to adapt to the values advocated at this stage and achieve certain results.
