本文利用多渠道文献对20世纪90年代初以来中国赴柬埔寨新移民近30年的历史进行了梳理，分1991～1998年的起步期、1998～2010年的稳步发展期以及2010年至今的快速增长期，对各个时期的移民背景、基本情况、特点等方面展开了较为深入的分析，认为随着中柬政治关系的发展和经贸合作的推进，中国赴柬新移民正面临有史以来最好的发展机遇期。在历时性分析的基础上，也就近几年赴柬新移民所面临及引发的热点问题展开了探讨，认为近两三年以网络赌博为代表的个别行业的畸形膨胀已成为干扰新移民正常发展的消极因素，目前柬政府的政策调整及中柬双方的联手打击使赴柬新移民正面临一个调整和过渡期。经过目前的调整期之后，未来随着柬恢复正常的经商环境，在中柬关系总体向好的大背景下，伴随中柬经贸合作的深化，赴柬新移民也将进入一个有序发展的新时期。
Based on multi-channel materials，the history of Chinese new immigrants to Cambodia in the past 30 years since the early 1990s has been divided into 3 periods：the beginning period of 1991-1998，the steady development period of 1998-2010 and the rapid growth period from 2010 to present. On the basis of the diachronic analysis，some hot issues faced and caused by the new immigrants are also discussed. It is believed that the abnormal expansion of individual industries represented by online gambling in the past two or three years has become a negative factor that interferes with the normal development of new immigrants，at present，the policy adjustment of the Cambodian government and the joint strike between China and Cambodia make the new immigrants face a period of adjustment and transition. After the current adjustment period，with the return to normal business environment in Cambodia in the future，under the overall positive background of China-Cambodia relations，with the deepening of economic and trade cooperation between China and Cambodia，new immigrants will enter a new period of orderly development.
