随着“一带一路”互联互通的推进,语言互通是基础,文化互通是纽带,承载海外传播中国语言文化的华文学校成为文明交流、互通互鉴的平台。本报告基于对东南亚华文学校学生发放的329份问卷及深度访谈,结合拉斯韦尔的5W传播模式还原华文教育的文化传播机制,并通过多元回归分析考察各传播因素对文化传播效果的影响。研究指出,当前东南亚华文学校存在办学条件弱、华文教育的师资力量不足和教学方式单一等问题,不利于华文教育对中华文化传播功能的发挥。基于跨文化传播理论,提出政府搭台,立足长远持续合作与发展,构建以校社合作为主的华文教育推动中华文化传播的5W模式,即:提升文化传播者的传播能力,讲好丰富包容、融通中外的中华文化传播内容,创新华文教育中华文化传播方式和渠道,激发华文教育受众的意愿,构建华文教育和中华文化传播交流对话的机制。
With the advancement of “One Belt,One Road” interconnection,Chinese schools with a foundation of language communication and a link of cultural exchange,hosting a function of transmitting Chinese language and culture,have become platforms for civilized exchanges and mutual learning. This report is based on 329 questionnaires and in-depth interviews from Southeast Asian Chinese schools,combined with Lasswell’ 5W transmission model to restore the cultural communication mechanism of Chinese education,and through multiple regression analysis to examine the impact of various transmission factors on the effect of culture communication. The study finds that the current Southeast Asian Chinese schools have some problems,such as weak school conditions,insufficient teachers and single teaching methods,which are not conducive to the role of Chinese education in the spread of Chinese culture. Based on the theory of cross-cultural communication,it is proposed that the government should set up a platform,keep a foothold on long-term and sustained cooperation and development,to construct a 5W mode of promoting Chinese culture communication through Chinese education with school-community cooperation as its main focus,which is to enhance the communication capability of cultural communicators,to be good at spreading rich and inclusive Chinese cultural communication content both at home and abroad,to innovate the communication methods and channels of Chinese culture in Chinese education,to stimulate the wishes of Chinese education audiences,and to construct a mechanism of communication and dialogue between Chinese education and Chinese culture.
