The community corrections law is an important symbol of the modernization of protection system and protection capability for the socialist human rights with Chinese characteristics in the new era. The practice of community corrections is compatible with the national level of human rights protection by law，the improvement of national legislation system for human rights protection and the improvement of the judicial quality of the human rights protection. The community corrections law was officially implemented On July 1^st 2020，and the protection of the legal rights of community correction objects entered a new development stage. The personal rights and freedom，property and other rights must be executed to the letter. The right to commutation of sentences should be guaranteed according to law. The rights of education，social security and employment are more equally protected. The right interests of the community correction objects in Applying for social assistance，insurance and legal aid has been enriched. The right interests mechanism of Applying for skill training，employment guidance and completing their studies in school have been improved. The design and operation principle of the maximum guarantee，problem-oriented and non-discrimination for the protection of minors’ learning and employment rights in community correction have been implemented. Human rights protection of community correction also faces some future challenges：the weakness of theoretical research，the cognitive state in the field of practice，and the difficulties in current practice. To improve the quality of judicial protection of human rights through the improvement of legal norms and practices of community correction，depends on the combination of the practice of governance，the implementation and improvement of relevant legal systems，and the long-term special human rights education and training in the community correction.
