With the spirit of life first，China has formed the Chinese experience of human rights protection in the combat against the epidemic. The majority of medical workers，known as “Heros in the Harm’s Way”，have made outstanding contributions to the prevention and control of the epidemic. They are the main force of fighting against the epidemic in Hubei Province. They contained the spread of the epidemic in the community and actively carried out epidemiological investigation. They have made great achievements in the research of vaccines，safeguarded people’s lives and health，and actively carried out international assistance to promote the construction of human destiny Community. By improving the occupational protection standards of medical workers and implementing work-related injury relief for medical workers，we will continuously improve my country’s medical and health system and protect the legitimate rights and interests of medical workers.
