Abstract

With the development of technology,artificial intelligence (AI) empowers marketing industry and plays an important role in improving the efficiency and precision of marketing,reducing costs and increasing efficiency,realizing personalized marketing and creating marketing contents. At present,the market size of AI marketing continues to expand. With increasing attention form the industry,many enterprises have been engaging in AI marketing business. However,AI marketing still faces problems such as professional talents shortage,the lack of standards,safety risks and others. In the future,AI will further contributes to marketing industry with the development of metaverse and generative AI represented by ChatGPT.
