人工智能芯片百花齐放,机遇与挑战并存

人工智能芯片已采用7纳米以下更先进制程,而大算力、高带宽内存和芯片间互连成为大模型训练基础要求。人工智能芯片行业持续高速增长,头部厂商持续发力,新兴厂商百花齐放,新产品不断涌现。本文通过分析当前人工智能芯片的技术需求、行业发展现状以得出人工智能芯片面临的挑战并对未来进行展望。

Abstract

Artificial intelligence chips have adopted more advanced processes below 7 nanometers,and much more powerful chip,higher bandwidth memory and chip-chip interconnection have become the basic requirements for large model training. The artificial intelligence chip industry continues to grow at a high speed,leading manufacturers continue to make efforts,emerging manufacturers are blooming,and new products are constantly emerging. This chapter analyzes the current technological requirements and industry development status of artificial intelligence chips to identify the prospects and challenges faced by artificial intelligence chips.
