Artificial intelligence chips have adopted more advanced processes below 7 nanometers，and much more powerful chip，higher bandwidth memory and chip-chip interconnection have become the basic requirements for large model training. The artificial intelligence chip industry continues to grow at a high speed，leading manufacturers continue to make efforts，emerging manufacturers are blooming，and new products are constantly emerging. This chapter analyzes the current technological requirements and industry development status of artificial intelligence chips to identify the prospects and challenges faced by artificial intelligence chips.
