工业是中国主要的碳排放领域,也是能源消费的主要产业。中国“十四五”规划和2035年远景目标纲要将“2025年单位GDP二氧化碳排放较2020年降低18%”作为约束性指标,各省区市均将绿色低碳发展作为“十四五”规划的重要内容,并且明确了具体的目标和任务。为了积极稳妥推进碳达峰碳中和,工业领域企业调控能源消耗总量和强度、清洁低碳高效利用能源的任务日显紧迫。在大数据、5G、人工智能、工业互联网等新一代数字技术高速发展的今天,工业企业已经陆续不同程度地利用数字技术进行碳排放管理,产生了积极的应用成效,但仍存在短板和亟待探索的方面。本文总结了数字技术在工业企业碳管理中的应用现状,并针对当前的问题,提出了提升工业企业碳管理标准化水平、推进数字技术在工业企业碳管理中的新应用、强化企业数字技术碳管理理念的展望。
Industry is a main source of carbon emissions and energy consumption domain in China. China’s 14th Five-Year Plan and 2035 vision set a binding target of reducing carbon dioxide emissions per unit of GDP by 18% by 2025 compared with 2020. Many provinces and cities have made green and low-carbon development an important part of the 14th Five-Year Plan and have specified goals and tasks. In order to actively yet prudently promote carbon peaking and carbon neutralization,it is increasingly urgent for industrial enterprises to regulate the total amount and intensity of energy consumption,as well as to promote clean,low-carbon and efficient use of energy. Nowadays,with the rapid development of new generation digital technologies such as big data,5G,artificial intelligence and industrial Internet,industrial enterprises have initiated using digital technologies to manage carbon emissions to varying degrees,which has produced positive application effects,but there are still weaknesses and tasks to be explored. This paper summarizes the application status of digital carbon management in industrial enterprises,analyzes the current problems,and puts forward the prospect of improving the standardization level of industrial carbon management,promoting the new application of digital technology in industrial carbon management,and building up the digital carbon management consciousness of industrial enterprises.
