基于铀浓缩生产过程的绿色低碳发展实践

核能是安全、高效、经济的清洁能源,发展核能是实现碳达峰碳中和目标的重要选项,铀浓缩为核能提供安全可靠的“粮食”供应。近年来,铀浓缩相关企业共同努力,通过工艺改进、系统改造、设备升级等手段,在绿色低碳发展领域取得了一定成绩。面向新时代铀浓缩产业高质量发展要求,建议以绿色低碳发展为引领,从铀浓缩产业绿色规划、绿色研发、绿色设计、绿色建造、绿色生产、绿色管理等方面开展工作,加强全生命周期绿色低碳发展管理,保障铀浓缩可靠供应,健全绿色发展管理体系,推进绿色低碳研发,培育绿色低碳产品和服务,推进设计建造绿色转型,建立绿色标准体系,推广绿色建筑设计,建设零碳铀浓缩工厂,持续开展碳核查、摸清碳排放家底,建立能耗监测系统,提升能源利用率,积极融入碳金融市场,打造专业化人才队伍,提升全体员工绿色低碳素养与技能。

Abstract

Nuclear energy is a kind of safe,efficient and economical clean energy. Developing nuclear energy is an important option to achieve the goal of carbon neutrality,and uranium enrichment provides a safe and reliable food supply for nuclear energy. In recent years,through the joint efforts of uranium enrichment related enterprises,some achievements have been made in the green and low-carbon development of the uranium enrichment industry by means of improving processes,reforming systems and upgrading equipments. To meet the requirements for the high-quality development of uranium enrichment industry in the new era,it is suggested to take green and low-carbon development as the guide,carry out work from the aspects of green planning,green research and development,green design,green construction,green production and green management of uranium enrichment industry,strengthen the management of green and low-carbon development throughout the life cycle,ensure the reliable supply of uranium enrichment,and improve the management system of green development. To promote green and low-carbon research and development,cultivate green and low-carbon products and services,promote green transformation of design and construction,establish green standard system,promote green building design,build zero-carbon uranium enrichment plant,continue to carry out carbon verification to find out carbon emissions,establish energy consumption monitoring system,improve energy efficiency,actively integrate into carbon financial market,build professional personnel team,Improve the green and low carbon cultivation and skills of all staff.
