当前，全球经济正在加速向以数字经济为主要内容的经济活动转型，国内外数字经济正处于快速演进期和深化发展期。加快谋划和布局数字经济，发展数字经济核心产业，促进三次产业数字化融合，对于内蒙古自治区实施创新驱动战略、培育数字发展优势、建立现代产业体系、实现重点产业数字化转型具有重要的战略意义，对于建设祖国北疆亮丽风景线、书写数字时代内蒙古新篇章具有重要的现实意义。本文系统梳理总结了内蒙古自治区当前重点举措和数字化转型发展现状，形成内蒙古自治区以两化深度融合为引领的数字化转型发展模式与路径；提出了发展建议，为进一步推进自治区工业企业数字化转型提供重要的数据与理论支撑。
At present，the global economy is accelerating the transformation of economic activities with digital economy as the main content，and the digital economy at home and abroad is in a period of rapid evolution and deepening development. Accelerating the planning and layout of digital economy，developing core industries of digital economy and promoting digital integration of three industries are of strategic significance for Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region to implement innovation-driven strategy，cultivate digital development advantages，establish modern industrial system and realize digital transformation of key industries，and of practical significance for building a bright landscape of the northern border of the motherland and writing a new chapter of Inner Mongolia in the digital era. This paper systematically composes and summarizes the current key initiatives and digital transformation development status in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region，and forms the development mode and path of digital transformation led by the deep integration of two industries in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. Finally，this paper puts forward development suggestions. It provides important data and theoretical support to further promote the digital transformation of industrial enterprises in the autonomous region.
