建材行业是我国国民经济的重要基础产业,近些年来绿色技术与绿色产品不断突破创新,但由于产业规模庞大、窑炉工艺难转变等,建材行业也是工业能源消耗和碳排放的重点领域,是我国碳减排任务最重的行业之一。本文在梳理总结我国建材行业绿色低碳发展面临的问题的基础上,提出了基于数字技术的行业碳管理技术架构,构建了以碳监测、碳减排和碳移除为碳排放管理核心对象、以碳资产管理为有效补充和保障的发展路径,助力行业碳管理工作高效开展,并从人才队伍建设、标准计量体系构建和绿色低碳科技创新等方面提出发展建议。
The building materials industry is an important basic industry in China’s national economy. In recent years,green technology and green products have continuously made breakthroughs and innovations. However,due to the large scale of the industry and the difficulty in transforming kiln processes,the building materials industry is also a key area for industrial energy consumption and carbon emissions,and is one of the industries with the heaviest carbon emission reduction tasks in China. On the basis of sorting out and summarizing the problems faced by the green and low-carbon development of China’s building materials industry,this paper proposes a technical framework of industry carbon management based on digital technology,builds a development path with Carbon monitoring,carbon emission reduction and carbon removal as the core object of carbon emission management,and carbon asset management as the effective supplement and guarantee,to help the industry to carry out carbon management efficiently. And relevant suggestion about talent team building,the construction of a standard measurement system and innovation in green and low-carbon technology are put forward.
