钢铁行业是支撑国民经济社会健康发展的支柱产业，在长期发展过程中，行业现代化水平持续提高，循环利用效率显著提升，节能提效成为发展方向标，但也面临产能过剩压力大、产业集中度偏低、产业安全保障能力不足、绿色低碳发展水平有待提升等问题。本文基于我国钢铁行业绿色低碳发展现状，依据国家发展导向与产业发展要求，系统分析了钢铁行业低碳发展趋势，并针对当前行业面临的问题以及绿色低碳发展要求，提出了强化政策协同、优化产业布局、增强创新发展、推进数字赋能绿色发展等建议。
The steel industry is a pillar industry that supports the healthy development of the national economy and society. In the long-term development process，the modernization level of the industry continues to develop，the efficiency of recycling has significantly improved，and energy conservation and efficiency improvement have become the development direction. However，it also faces problems such as high overcapacity pressure，low industrial concentration，insufficient industrial safety guarantee capacity，and the need to improve the level of green and low-carbon development. This article is based on the current status of green and low-carbon development in China’s steel industry，and based on the national development direction and industrial development requirements，systematically analyzes the low-carbon development trend of the steel industry. In response to the current problems faced by the industry and the requirements for green and low-carbon development，suggestions are proposed to strengthen policy coordination，optimize industrial layout，enhance innovative development，and promote digital empowerment of green development.
