石化行业是典型的流程性工业，设备价值高、工艺复杂、产业链长、危险性高、环保压力大，还面临着设备管理不透明、工艺知识难传承、产业链上下游协同水平较低、安全事故易发等痛点，具有经营决策模式以面向库存的刚性生产为主的特点。近些年，我国石化行业企业着力开展装备数字化、网联化，提升生产过程数控化水平，改善生产工艺，优化能耗管理，提高生产效率，在绿色环保和降本增效等方面取得了一系列进展成效，数字化、网络化、智能化的转型升级步伐进一步加快，转型发展的新产品新模式新业态不断涌现。本文总结了我国石化行业的特点和数字化转型发展现状，结合具体数据对石化行业数字化发展趋势进行分析，提出了我国石化行业从数字化基础准备到智能协同的转型提升方案与整体发展建议。
The petrochemical industry is a typical process industry，with high equipment value，complex technology，long industrial chain，high risk and great pressure on environmental protection. It is also faced with such pain points as opaque equipment management，difficult to inherit process knowledge，low level of upstream and downstream collaboration of the industrial chain，and prone to safety accidents. It has the characteristics that the management decision-making mode is mainly inventory oriented rigid production. In recent years，Chinese petrochemical industry enterprises to carry out equipment digitization，networking，improve the production process numerical control level，improve production technology，optimize energy consumption management，improve production efficiency，in green environmental protection and reduce cost and improve efficiency has made a series of progress results，the pace of digital，networking，intelligent transformation and upgrading is further accelerated，New products，new models and new forms of business are emerging. This paper summarizes the characteristics of Chinese petrifaction industry and the status quo of digital transformation and development，analyzes the digital development trend of Chinese petrifaction industry with concrete data，and puts forward the transformation enhancement scheme and overall development proposal from digital foundation preparation to intelligent synergy.
