伴随大数据、人工智能、云计算、区块链、量子计算等新一代信息技术与制造业深度融合，加速制造业数字化转型已经成为世界巩固制造业领先优势的战略共识。当前，我国推动企业数字化转型场景建设的顶层设计不断夯实，政策体系日趋完善，为制造强国、网络强国、数字中国建设奠定了坚实基础，但国内对于场景的内涵和运作机制等问题还没有得到科学结论。对此，本文以场景建设为切入点，系统分析数字化转型场景内涵与外延，围绕各阶段建设主要内容与实施机制，形成“需求识别—场景培育—成果评估—赋能推广”的标准化建设机制与方法，对企业如何建设数字化转型场景给予了详尽的回答。
With the deep integration of the big data，artificial intelligence，cloud computing，blockchain，quantum computing and other new generation information technologies with the manufacturing industry，accelerating the Digital transformation of the manufacturing industry has become the strategic consensus of the world to consolidate the leading edge of the manufacturing industry. At present，the top-level design for promoting the construction of Digital transformation scenarios of enterprises in China has been constantly consolidated，and the policy system has become increasingly perfect，which has laid a solid foundation for the construction of manufacturing power，network power，and digital China. However，there is no scientific conclusion on the connotation and operation mechanism of scenarios in China. In this regard，this paper takes the scenario construction as the starting point，systematically analyzes the connotation and extension of the Digital transformation scenario，and forms a standardized construction mechanism and method of “demand identification-scenario cultivation-achievement evaluation-empowerment promotion” around the main content and implementation mechanism of the construction at each stage，giving a detailed answer to how enterprises build the Digital transformation scenario.
