光伏产业在推动可再生能源发展、经济社会绿色低碳转型中具有重要作用,然而光伏产品在生产过程中并非零碳,其部分供应链环节能耗和碳排放都比较高,全球光伏供应链总排放从2011年至2021年增长了4倍。基于此,本文首先从产品结构角度梳理了光伏供应链的构成,并深入分析了行业低碳发展现状。其次从“双碳”目标要求、绿色竞争力提升与高质量发展角度剖析了光伏供应链降碳的必要性,之后研判了行业当前面临的障碍与挑战。最后从用能结构调整、产业布局优化、技术创新、循环利用、标准完善等方面提出了光伏供应链的降碳路径与建议。
The photovoltaic industry plays an important role in promoting renewable energy development and green and low-carbon transformation of the economy and society. However,photovoltaic products are not zero carbon in the production process,and some supply chain links even have high energy consumption and carbon emissions. The total emissions of the photovoltaic supply chain have quadrupled from 2011 to 2021. Based on this,this article first sorts out the composition of the photovoltaic supply chain from the perspective of product structure,and deeply analyzes the current status of low-carbon development in the industry. Secondly,the necessity of reducing carbon emissions in the photovoltaic supply chain was analyzed from the perspectives of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals’ requirements,green competitiveness improvement,and high-quality development. Subsequently,the current obstacles and challenges faced by the industry were analyzed and evaluated. Finally,carbon reduction paths and suggestions for the photovoltaic supply chain were proposed from the perspectives of energy structure adjustment,industrial layout optimization,technological innovation,cyclic utilization,and standard system improvement.
