当前，先进制造业已成为世界各国经济竞争制高点。美国、欧盟、德国、日本等发达国家和地区均重点布局先进制造业发展，我国应聚焦技术、能力、生态等方面，加快推进先进制造能力建设和数字化转型发展。党的二十大报告指出，推进新型工业化，加快建设制造强国、质量强国、航天强国、交通强国、网络强国、数字中国，这是当前和今后一个时期我国深入贯彻新发展理念、加快构建新发展格局、着力推动高质量发展的重大任务，是我国构筑未来全球发展战略优势的重要方向。本文以先进制造业内涵特征为切入点，探究全球主要发达国家和地区的经验做法，系统总结我国推动先进制造业发展的工作举措和产业实践，明确推动先进制造业发展的时代背景和重要意义，提出发展建议，为推进新型工业化、助力制造业高质量发展提供参考借鉴。
At present，advanced manufacturing has become the commanding point of economic competition in the world. The United States，the European Union，Germany，Japan and other developed countries and regions are focusing on the development of advanced manufacturing. China should focus on technology，capacity and ecology，and accelerate the development of advanced manufacturing capacity and digital transformation. The report to the 20th National Congress of the CPC points out that promoting a new type of industrialization and accelerating the building of a strong manufacturing，quality，space，transportation，cyber and digital China are major tasks for China to fully implement the new development philosophy，accelerate the building of a new development pattern，and strive to promote high-quality development at present and in the future. It is an important direction to construct strategic advantage of future global development.
